On Tuesday, June 10, Blackville Elementary held its first grade five Graduation Banquet.All twenty six graduates with their guests attended the evening. M.C.'s of the evening were Keaton Walls and Reese Urquhart.
Students and guests were served a turkey supper by next year's graduating class. There were slideshows of the students growing up over the years, and a final slideshow of our year together.
For entertainment, the boys sang "The Good Ole' Hockey Game. The girls performed the song "Cups'. Awards were presented that night by Principal Rodney Buggie and Vice-Principal Pam Underhill.
The Ron Pauley Memorial Award went to Reese Urquhart. The Bronze "B" Awards went to Andrea Lynch, Reese Urquhart and Anna Sturgeon.
