December 1 marks the day that the elf on shelf is officially back at Blackville School. It's been a long wait, but he has arrived.This year the elf is Oodles Sugarkins. He loves getting into trouble, making crafts and playing in the snow.
Today he left notes in all the classrooms for all the children to know he was here, and to come and find him.
It was a huge hit with the elementary classes; all the kids were ecstatic at the fact that the elf was finally here. He was "hanging" around the school today, with a count down until Christmas break.Mrs. Turner's class wanted to see if he was real, so they left him notes, along with a chocolate bar (his favourite).
When they went back to see if it was there, the chocolate bar was gone. Something even more exciting was that he was holding the wrapper. Proving he really ate it! We can't wait to see what he has in store for Monday.
