This past weekend was a roller coaster of events for both senior boys and girls soccer! The girls in a must win game put an amazing effort forward trying to advance to regionals.Sadly, they fell short losing in a shoot out after a double overtime! They really gave it their all. The final score was 1-0 for Stanley.
The senior boys also had a must win game on Saturday against Dalhousie. The boys secured their spot in regionals winning 2-1.
Scoring for the boys was Ethan Whalen with both goals. The boys will play again Saturday to see if they move onto Provincials. Good luck, boys.
